Refund & Cancellation Policy

At TicketsGala, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable ticket booking experience. Since tickets are time-sensitive and availability is limited, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:
1. General Policy
- All ticket purchases are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
- By purchasing from TicketsGala, you acknowledge that event tickets are subject to the policies of the event organizer, venue, and ticketing partners.
2. Cancellations
- Once a ticket is purchased, cancellations are not allowed unless explicitly stated in the event’s terms.
- In cases where cancellations are permitted, you must notify us at contact@ticketsomega.com within 48 hours before the event date (or as stated on the event page).
- Service fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
3. Refunds (Exceptions)
Refunds may only be issued in the following cases:
- Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error.
- Event Cancellation or Rescheduling: If the event organizer cancels or significantly reschedules the event.
- Non-Delivery of Tickets: If TicketsGala fails to deliver your tickets within the promised timeframe.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
4. No Guarantee of Event Changes
TicketsGala is not responsible for event changes such as performer line-ups, seating changes, or other modifications made by the event organizer. Such changes do not qualify for a refund.
5. Changes to Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
